Sos Del Rey Catolico

Hanging out at the pool with our Dutch friends, Tim and Suzanne

Today before we left our hotel in Torla we went to go play ping-pong with my Dad and there were some other kids playing.  Their names were Tim and Suzanne.  Tim was twelve years old and Suzanne was ten.  They were from Holland.  They speak Dutch and English too because their dad is from England.  When we were playing ping-pong, Tim and I would try and see how many bounces we could get on the racquet.  I got 271 and Tim got 306.  After we played hide and go seek tag.  Tim was it.  Then we went to the pool and got an ice cream treat.  We ended up playing for three whole hours and then left for a medieval village that was called “Sos” which I thought was weird because that also means S.O.S (save our souls).  In Sos we went out for dinner and had seafood paella.  It was really good and for about the millionth time we also had patatas bravas.   Then we went exploring the village and watched the sunset from a tower in the town square.   Then we went home and watched TV in our attic room at the very top of our hotel.  I was still feeling carsick from all the windy roads so I slept on the bathroom floor because the cold made me feel better!
