Today we went out to a strange city beach with my Mom while my Dad did work. At the beach we found some friends. Their names were Yaixa and Javier – they were from England and spoke English and we had fun together playing tag. Then we explored our neighborhood some more and came back to the flat for dinner. By the way, my Mom and Dad (and sometimes me and Mia a little bit) have been doing daily morning yoga! I was surprised about how it is very painful!! The instructor said “you have to be comfortable being uncomfortable”????!! I’ve posted a link below if you want to try. Ciao

ReplyDeleteI don't know if I believe in the yoga where you have to be uncomfortable. I believe it should feel good. As your mother used to say "listen to your body!"
