Woodworths in Montserrat!
Today we had to wake up really early in the morning to get on a train to go to a town called Manresa.  When we got there we met up with Dad’s work friend, Dr. David.  He took us to a place that had a really old underground street and gave us information about the history of Manresa.  Dr. David told us lots about Manresa including about how it has a red river because of the dirt. There was also a choir of teenagers dressed in brown robes singing opera songs in a cave.  Dr. David’s wife Sandra met us there too. After we walked around the city to look at a church and other places we went out to a pizzeria and had pizza.  Then we took a drive to a funicular way up into some mountains called Montserrat and they were really beautiful!  The rocks had really weird designs and a bunch of them made a shape that really looked like a giant person. There was a church there too where we waited in a super long lineup to see a girl (called the “Little Brunette”) where you could make a wish.  After the mountain we came back down and Dr. David and Sandra drove us to the train station which we took back to Barcelona.
