Today my dad took us up near the magic fountain
show to a place called Poble Espanyol.
Poble Espanyol is an authentic Spanish village with no
cars! When we got there we got to go on
a treasure hunt. Our treasure hunt
supplies included a telescope, a scroll, a rooster stuffy?!, and cards you
looked through to match with different sights in the town like the fountains or
decorations on the walls. First we had
to find an eagle carved into the walls in a humonguous square. When we found it the map told us we had to go
left and find a stone sculpture. When we saw that we knew we were on the right track (because it told
us). After that we walked up the stairs
and found some cool roof panels and then a big tower with sparkle tile
things. We also went into a garden that
had only sculptures in it. We found a
big weird red and yellow one and one that was shaped like a slug. We also found a forest that was inside a
building and a place where they made cool animal sculptures out of glass. We watched them make them with fire and a big
long tool and hammer. When we found the sun on the wall we were done (there was
about 18 things to find altogether).
When we were done I asked my dad what was the prize and he didn't know. So we asked the lady and she said
that there wasn't a prize, then she gave us 20 euros!? We left Poble Espanyol after a few hours of
exploring and when we were walking down the hill a whole bunch of
roller-skaters when zooming by us super fast right on the road! On the way home we went to an art gallery called Caixa Forum
where we made some art. I made a person
out of all different shapes and colours of stickers. It was really fun to do the art and my dad
left us to look around the art gallery which he said was really cool and had a
wavy roof!? After that we went home to bed! Ciao!
