Today we woke up to…another day at the Jaguar Rescue Center.  First we cleaned our area and got the food ready for all the animals.  Then we got out all the animals for the sloth garden. Before the tours started another girl came who was 14 and she was volunteering at the center. Her name is Star. It was fun working with her.  She was born in Costa Rica and speaks Spanish.  After all the tours left we found out that one of the squirrels at the center had died of natural causes! Later after work we took a cab to the Tree House Lodge in Punta Uva where we are staying for the next two days. When it was time for dinner we walked to a nice place called Selvyns and had Caribbean food. When we were finished we went home and went to bed in the tree house!
