Art museum and penitentiary in Liberia

Inside the art museum

This is the same petroglyph I used for my own art project

Inside the jail

This little temple was at the cafe

Kaleidoscopic petroglyphs
Today we woke up and drove Marilyn and Ray to the airport. When we got to the airport we said goodbye and they left to their flight. Then we drove to Liberia to see some petroglyph remake art at a museum. The petroglyphs are rock carvings originally from before Christ was born and a bunch of Costa Rican artists did different versions of them. In the museum Carlos Hiller made one of those kaleidoscopes where you twisted the handle and it shows all these colorful petroglyphs. After the museum we went shopping and Mia got a shirt. We also went out for lunch. When we got home we chilled out and did school.
Cool fact: the museum used to be a big jail so we got to go through all these cells. It was really cool.
