Mud baths at Borinquen

In the sauna

Sunset from our villa
Today we woke up and decided to stay at the resort because Mia wasn't feeling that good. We took the path down to the sauna and got steamed up. The sauna is a little shack built over top of the steam from the volcano. It smells gross! After that we went to…the mud baths! At the mud baths someone fills up a bucket with mud from the volcano then you smear it all over your body. When you're all covered up you wait a minute for the mud to dry then you take a shower and rinse off the mud then go into the hot springs. When we were done at the mud bath we cooled off in the hot springs. First you go in the medium temperature pool, then the cold, cold, cold temperature pool, and then the hot, hot, hot temperature pool and your body will fizz! After that we went up to our place and we met our neighbors.  There were two kids, a boy and a girl, and a mom and dad. The boys name was Casper and he is 6 years old. When they left we had dinner. After dinner Puss in Boots was on TV in English so we watched. I really liked it. When it was done we went to bed.
Cool fact: the hot springs here are as good asTabacon
