Last soccer day

This is what my parents do when we're at camp!

At camp it was everything the same, but still fun! When we went home our Auntie Christa and Uncle Craig had bought us clown pig noses. They were so cool! My parents and my auntie and uncle had gone exploring in the Gothic quarter. They also saw the royal geese at the cathedral which I am interested about and can't wait to see in the future!? Then Auntie Christa and Uncle Craig came with us to our last soccer practice. It was nice to have them there watching me play. When we were at our soccer practice, we had a match. During the match my head hit the body of another player while we were both running for the ball so my head felt kinda weird and funny for the rest of the time.

Today we went to camp and played all of the usual things – baseball, soccer, bowling and swimming.  Then we came home and had lunch and I continued to practice some of my soccer moves.  After lunch we went to the park and at the park we had a water balloon fight with Marcella and Arturo.  Everybody had used up all their water balloons but I had saved up all mine until the end. So I sprayed everybody!  But I didn’t tie up the balloons, I just sprayed water out of them, like a hose! Then we went home for dinner and then it was back to soccer camp!  Then at 11 o'clock at night, while we were almost asleep, I heard Mom shouting “They’re here, they’re here!”  I had forgot that my Uncle Craig and Auntie Christa that we haven't seen for FOUR years were coming!  So we ran out of the house & my dad scared them with the wolf mask.  Then we went into the house and said hi – I was so happy!

Practice

Today at camp we just played some soccer in the morning and then we went to the playa de Marbella for an excursion.  It was really fun.  I went into the water a couple of times.  Almost all the boys also played soccer and then after we stopped playing everyone went in the water I didn't want to but my coach made me for a minute.  Then I practiced my juggling for about an hour for soccer camp.  When we got home I started practicing my juggling more until we went to soccer camp. I could still only do 6.  By the way - my Dad can do twelve!  My maximum now is seven.  I also practiced grabbing the ball between my feet and flicking it over my head to pass to myself - it took lots of practice but I can do that now!!  Then we left for soccer camp where we practiced juggling again, shots on net, and trying new moves to deke people.  After soccer camp it was dinner and bedtime.

Today we started our last week at camp.  There were mostly new kids at camp today, but our friends Kayla and Jonathan were back. At camp we played all the usual games.When I got home there was a big surprise. Our soccer ball was back!!! :D The people at the dance studio brought it inside to keep it safe for us! I was so happy so I started playing with it. Then it was time to go to soccer camp.  We had to take the metro for a lot of stops to get there.  It is right by the Camp Nou FC Barcelona soccer stadium.  At soccer camp we first practiced juggling [they were really good at it] then we practiced shooting [they were really good at it]. Then we had a match and my team won! After camp we had to take the metro all the way home and have dinner and go to bed.

Today we had a quiet day. In the morning we walked around Gracia and everything was closed. Then my dad and I played soccer in our alley. When we were juggling the ball it went so high that it went over the fence into the dance studio and we couldn't get it!  We went inside to tell my mom about it and she told us to climb over the fence and get it.  But when we went over it was gone!!!  My dad thought maybe someone else had climbed the fence and stolen it!  When we got in we were sad so we wrote a letter to the studio to see if maybe they seen it. Then we had dinner and went to bed.

This morning we went out shopping for a long time. When we were shopping we went to a store that might have dunnys but it didn't. After we went shopping we took a little nap and had Marcella and Artoro over for dinner. For dinner we had macaroni and cheese and salad and my mom made chocolate strawberry pavlova for dessert. When they were over we made a movie with cool effects . When they left we went to bed.

First time on the roller coaster!!!!!

It was the last day of camp for the week and we went on an excursion to the water park at Crueta del Coll (which I’ve told you about before). We had a splash fight and then we played Doodle Jump on Hector’s Monte Carlo which is like an iPod, and then we played kick the can in the alley. We came home and had some food and then we went to Tibidabo again with our friends Kayla and Jonathan from Tennessee.  This time we first went on the swings twice in a row and then we went on the train ride and then Mia and Kayla said they were going to go on the big roller coaster so I decided to go with them.  It was my first time! After we went on it once we enjoyed it so much that we went on it four more times!!! After that we went on the log ride where you get VERY wet and the train again and then we decided to go look at the 4D Movie of Dracula – it was really cool and they poured water on us and stuff.  Then we came home and had sushi...yum!  Then we went straight to bed and fell right asleep because we were so tired!!
