Terme di Saturnia

Looking down on the amazing hot springs

Don't panic! I'm still alive!!!

Waterfall with Mia
This morning we woke up had breakfast and went to the pool to play for a bit! At the pool the boy from Holland named Vince was there swimming with his mom and dad. We started playing piggy in the middle, which I was so bad at because I'm so short and everyone was like a head (or 2 or 3) taller than me! So we decided to play Colours! Colours is a game where someone stands on the end of the diving board and then everyone gets a colour and the person calls out random colours and if they say your colour then you have to swim! If they hear you they turn around and try to tag you! If they tag you you're it! We played for a bit and then our family left for the hot springs. The drive was long and windy and I just listened to music the whole time...like usual! When we got there we were amazed at how beautiful the natural hot springs are and how good they felt! After about two hours at the hot springs we left home. On the way we made a pit stop at a winery and we just walked in and asked for a tasting but it was just the massive production room and we had to go alllllllll theeeee wayyyyyyyy upppppp to the top of the mountain to a big castle to taste wine! At the castle there were breadsticks you could eat so me and Mia kept eating them until mom and dad got mad and we had to go stealth mode to grab more! Before we left I saw some normal bread and grabbed a piece and the girl beside them said something like, "Sure take one!" And I said "Yeah it's good stuff" but...it turns out they actually paid for that bread and I thought they were free like the bread sticks! Oops! When we got back we went swimming and played UNO with Andrea, Francisco, Mia, Vince, Davide, and Alberto (some Italian kid staying there)! Alberto didn't get there until we were half way through the game so we restarted and, of course, Alberto won! After we played dodge ball with the kids from Poland so there were 10 kids and everyone was being crazy. It was really fun! Last full day at the Corte del Cavalierino was so much fun!

Fun fact: The hot springs were not too hot. They were more like warm springs!!!
